Like many people in Lake City FL and surrounding areas I worked at Sitel for a few years Dell Hardware Tech Support for Enterprise Laptops It is rare that I cannot solve My Computer issues I walked into this place one day and To my surprise I found Matt Coffin Matt had been my Coach at Sitel and one of the few that was more knowledgeable than myself and I trusted him

A Lady Friend of mine Lana Mitchell that lives in Tucson Arizona had went to her local shops and they all tried to sell her a new system as opposed to repairing and or upgrading her laptop I told her Don't Do it At the time she had the fastest laptop I had ever seen by way of Team Viewer This was her Work Play and Entertainment PC Arizona's Equivalent to DCF I'm not even sure It was legal for me to touch it Lana sent her PC to me I got it back up and running I then took it to Matt at Totally covered for upgrade parts and service Secondary Drive SSD and maxed out it's RAM

All together just over $200.00 including shipping both ways Lana was ecstatic and 3 years later Her husband had bought her a new one She sent it back to me This time it had been dropped it worked but needed new plastics hinges etc. I took it to Totally Covered and again I was amazed at the service and low cost I used this PC for another 3 years until I got my current PC a Dell M4600 Precision Workstation that will soon be going to Totally Covered PC for Clean Up, New Keyboard and secondary 1TB SSD and anything else they may suggest This PC is now roughly 10 years old but still out performs most new systems I DO NOT CARE that Windows 10 is losing support in October 2025

I have to commend Jonathan Lum for saving the day. I did updates to my HP All-in-One as recommended by the HP updates. Well, I corrupted my Motherboard. The screen went black and the machine started making noises as if there was an Amber Alert. Leaving well enough alone, I made a call. Jonathan had a good idea of what had happened and said to bring it in. His diagnosis was correct. I killed my computer. The cost of repair was as much as the computer’s cost at present day. Suggestions and scenarios were purposed. After listening to Jonathan’s knowledgeable suggestions, I went with a desktop. He was able to retrieve all of my data from the hard drive and extract it to an external hard drive. He then showed me a computer that was reconditioned and brought up to, and above, today’s standards. I went with dual monitors and with a bit of instruction from Jonathan, have mastered a new technique, at least as far as my expertise. I can’t imagine doing it any other way , as two monitors save me a tremendous amount of time and effort. All in all, I must say I am thoroughly thrilled with the performance of my equipment and feel comfortable knowing that if I have questions concerning the operation and performance of my computer, Jonathan at TOCO in Live Oak, Fl. is my go to IT technician. I took my old computer to these folks to be fixed to find out it was on its last leg. Since the one I had was a refurbished computer I got from Walmart I was going to get another from them. Brad explained the difference between one refurbished by Walmart and one by TOCO. He told me a number of things but what I kept hearing is even with the same amount of RAM as my old computer theirs would be much faster. He convinced me so I bought a refurbished Dell from TOCO. Brad transferred everything from my old hard drive. Nothing was missing and he set it up so I would have the classic shell since I wasn't thrilled about changing from Windows 7 to 10. Brad was absolutely correct. My new computer is unbelievable fast. These folks are very friendly, fast and great at what they do. I will be using their service again when needed.
