Highly recommend... Here is a local FAVORITE spot to eat or chat with friends over drinks and food. The food is AMAZING and ALWAYS fresh when ordered. I have never gotten bad food or bad service here in all the years I have been eating here.

The owner has secret recipes for almost everything and its all good. The fried seafood is one of my favorites as the shrimp is like nothing I have ever eaten anywhere. The chicken tenders are awesome and the Steaks are something right out of a 5 star steak house. The cole slaw has to be tried by everyone, even those who may not like Cole slaw because it is definitely more than just a side dish to fill up space and is one thing that almost anyone remembers about this little spot.

The dipping sauces are all made fresh in house and have a very high quality and are part of what make the food so awesome. The cocktail sauce has the perfect amount of horse raddish. The tarter sauce is sweet, creamy, and tangy in the perfect proportions that make it as memorable as the food.

This is a Bar and grill type of spot, with great food, great service, and a cool relaxed but hip atmosphere that is suitable for young and old. Great lunch specials and good choices for the kids. The menu has tons of options for almost any type of picky eater. The only complaint I have is that they are not open on the weekend. They are only open Monday thru Friday so make sure you check them out during the weekdays, and you will be a fan and return customer.

I really hate to leave a bad review but I will never return back to this restaurant. I was actually really excited to find this place. There aren’t many options around the area and I really had high hopes for this one. Super casual place… after spending all day outdoors and at the local springs… we just wanted a casual place to grab a bite to eat. Menu had lots of options for vegetarian diet. Service was absolutely horrendous!!! I have two teenage daughters and even on their WORST days, they never have given me such a terrible attitude as our server. Literally mind boggling. An experience I have never had and hope I never will again. Never a smile, food and drinks were dropped on the table and it honestly felt like we were an inconvenience to this young lady, ordered the wedge salad only to find out 20 minutes later they have no lettuce. No issue there. Opted for the side order of veggies and BF ordered a burger….. it was over an hour for burger and 1 side of veggies. I get it… they clearly state on their menu not to complain about the wait times on food but COME ON. I wouldn’t have cared if the waitress smiled or was a sort of pleasant? I love to eat out and experience new restaurants and this was by far….AWFUL experience. Waitress literally slapped the check on the table, we were not even finished eating, and didn’t say thank you or have a great night or can I get you anything else or anything even remotely pleasant. I will never go back....

We went here last night for a very first time but we just picked up food and took it home and ate there. I totally agree with what everybody else is saying me and my husband went ahead and tried the shrimp sandwich it was amazing there was so much shrimp and so many French fries I literally only took three bites out of my sandwich before I was full. One of my daughters had a fried chicken sandwich she loved it she had bought a sandwich from KFC the night before and said that she didn't get full off of it she was full of this one and she said it was very good. My other daughter got the chicken tenders and french fries and it look delicious she said it was very good. All in all we were very happy with our food they give you a lot of food for the amount that you pay you get your money's worth. Everybody up there was very nice does too they were welcoming it felt good. There's places you walk in sometimes and the people are mean and rude and it makes you just want to turn around and walk out and not give them your service but not this place they're sweet they're nice they're welcoming and their food is amazing and there's plenty of room for whoever wants to come or bring their family. You can also get drinks they have a bar in here the drinks look really good too. Come check the Brown Lantern out so far the best place I've ate at in Live Oak. Also the fried 🍄 were...
