The Bloomingdale's outlet shop was pretty large, square footage wise. Because it was so large, there were not enough staff to properly provide customer service in all areas of the shop. They had a couple of cashiers and staff for the dressing room. But not enough working the floor. The two staff that I interacted with seemed to be robotic in their reactions, one was the cashier. Robotic but cautiously polite. Possibly due to amount of work tasked to them.
I noticed the majority of the womens clothing were not tagged with a price. Kinda makes it difficult to shop without knowing the prices. The entire look of the shop was utilitarian in design. Basic. Read moreTerrible customer service. I was browsing in the store and I tried on a Burberry coat. I wanted to BUY the coat. I looked around for a salesperson. I saw one but she was helping a customer. After she finished helping the customer, I asked would she be able to take this lock off the coat. She said yes. Then another customer came over and she started helping them. She turned to me and said "I can't lock the case back( glass case where MCM purses are), I will call someone to help you." She started helping the other person . I waited a few minutes and left. How rude. First of all, it took two seconds to unlock the coat. Secondly, you are breaking your neck to help browser's when I am trying to purchase!!! This was my first time here so disappointing.
