Crocs Livermore DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TOTAL HERE Walked in and was told that there was a 75% off sale promotion happening! Took a look and found a pair that was originally $69.99, went to the register to purchase. When I got to the register the cashier informed me that there is also a Buy 2 Get 2 Free promotion happening. Interested, I went back found an additional 3 pairs. All were $69.99 or less. When I got to the register I was rung up by the cashier Jarret and the total came to $190. I was shocked. I thought at most I was looking at ~$35 before tax, so this was a major discrepancy. I asked him why this was, and he tried to explain that if you buy less than 4 pairs it’s 75% off but 4 is buy 2 get 2. I had him remove one shoe and the total was then $170. I explained to him that even if he was correct the total should be no more than $60 and that this was totally incorrect. He then was like “OK let’s split the difference with 50%”… The total comes down to $110. I was like dude this still is totally off base. He then snapped at me and was like “these were originally $70 what do you expect” I literally showed him the calculation that each pair should be $17.50 before tax. At this point, two of the additional pairs had been put behind the register and I was over it. He got frustrated and went to the second register with two pairs rung up for $35 and change, as expected. All in all, I still feel like I was ripped off I was told that the buy two get two free promo would have worked. I wound up paying for two pairs what I thought I would pay for four. Super upsetting and super dishonest how they’re operating this business. This is not a bazaar where you should need to haggle. There are fixed prices and promotions that should be in the system. Double check your receipt that they are not trying to play you here I’ve never experienced anything like this in a retail setting before.

Will never buy crocs here again. Went in to return Christmas presents that I didn’t use, was told it was their store policy that they can’t return more than $200 worth of items each day so I would have to come back to return the rest of my purchase which was little over $300. I was flabbergasted so the assistant manager points to their store policy saying “it says right there”. I look at it. It says up to $250 for croc.com orders. I pointed that out to her. She tries to read it and says “oh well it’s just our policy”. Nowhere on the receipt nor store policy sign does it say there’s a limit to how much they can return per day. I’ve never heard of this kind of restriction from any store, ever. And even if each store has its own policy, then it should be clearly posted as well as marked on that stores receipt. What kind of customer service is this?

This was my first time getting crocs at the Croc Outlet. Nesha was so friendly and helpful on helping me pick out some very cute crocs that was pink and glittery that fit my style completely. And I was also interested in the cute buttons for the crocs but I didn't know how to decorate them. So I asked her advice, and her and her employee Aiesha decorated my new shoes so beautifully. The staff here is so professional and friendly. I highly recommend shopping at this store. 😁🤗💜

I had a very bad experience at this location. I came in from out of town to find the Retro Resort Clogs. They had the left shoe on display and I asked for the right shoe and the first guy who helped me seemed very rushed and not helpful at all. When I went to the counter and explained my situation the employee was very rude and just told me she threw away the other shoe and when I asked if she knew about any other locations she just laughed and said I don’t know somewhere over there. She explained that the clogs were not going to be sold in store anymore but still had the display out which was falsely represented as available. All employees that were there were not helpful whatsoever. Very bad experience especially because I came from...
