Brunello Cucinelli — Local services in Livermore

Hubs and I were walking past the shop in the San Francisco Outlets in Livermore, CA. A men's jacket displayed on the mannequin caught his eye. He walks right into the shop. Just to let you know, he is not into fashion, and not much of a shopper. Plus we have never heard of this brand before.

We were warmly greeted. I ask about the jacket hanging up in the window. The associate, who was kind as can be, walked me to the rack. Up close, I saw the body of the jacket was white leather. I asked what type of leather, it was lamb leather. In my mind, I was guesstimating a $2000ish price tag. I asked about the price, it was $4500. [Gulp]. I said it is a beautiful jacket but too pricier for us. Hubs agreed, but was a bit shell shocked on the price range of the shop. She added it was currently 30% off. No doubt that it is a bargain for sure, just not for us. The jacket was stunning though, it was a stylish gentleman's spring jacket with classic lines in a modern look. Not trendy so it was appropriate for a variety of ages.

The staff were the nicest. No attitudes. Down to earth. Brunello Cucinelli has men's and women's clothes. The company's clothes and accessories are made in Italy. High quality material. Timeless classic look with clean modern lines. Luxury indeed.

Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly members. Was mostly looking and was offered a custom tailor fitting for the pea coat with vest and cashmere shirt I was looking at that immediately caught my eye. I declined and they understood. I would definitely go back. Very friendly to the well dressed shopper. Don’t go in wearing some ran down outfit, you will probably not be approached by anyone or helped for that matter. As many of the other reviews mentioned, service here is awful. They had a wait to get inside despite only two customers being in the store. There was no one else in line and it was incredibly hot outside. My husband asked if his 7 months pregnant wife (me) could just stand inside the store to wait, rather than in the scorching sun. The SA rudely responded with “no, we can’t accommodate that.”
