My recent visit to this store turned into an incredibly distressing ordeal, thanks to the store manager, Diana, and her outrageous scene-making. I feel compelled to share my negative experience to shed light on her unacceptable behavior and discourage others from enduring such treatment.
Upon encountering an issue, I approached Diana seeking assistance, expecting her to handle the situation professionally. However, instead of addressing the matter discreetly and respectfully, she escalated it by making a scene that drew unnecessary attention from other customers.
Diana's decision to create a spectacle in front of others was both humiliating and disruptive. Her exaggerated gestures, loud voice, and unprofessional conduct were completely uncalled for. I felt targeted and exposed, as if my concerns were not worthy of private and respectful resolution.
The scene she made not only caused immense discomfort for me but also disrupted the shopping experience of other customers who were unfortunate witnesses to her inappropriate behavior. It is disheartening that a store manager, who should be setting a positive example, resorted to such unprofessional conduct.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before patronizing la cruset store. Diana's scene-making reflects poorly on the store's reputation and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. No customer should have to endure such a public display of unprofessionalism, and there are plenty of other establishments where customers are treated with dignity and respect.

Terrible return policy - not the same as store - they donât tell customers . My product was damaged and I noticed the day I bought it. They wonât return because it was âwashedâ which means it was used . The label says wash before use so how does that mean itâs been used? Itâs not sellable because itâs damaged enamel on the outside of the metal, basically like touching broken glass it is a hazard. I always get LC Items and this was for my birthday. Buyer beware. I understand that, but they had plenty of staff. One of the staff was not helpful. I asked her if she has something in stock, she immediately said no. She didnât even look at the back or double check for me. My friend who came later and asked another staff and was able to get the item I wanted earlier.
