The only reason why we go to this shopping center is for Ben's Burgers. Not located in the best part of town. Rundown center, nothing really to offer. Mostly vacant storefronts. There's a bar and gas station here as well. Next door to the Rincon Library and May Nissen Swim Center & park with tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and dog park.
