Off hours best to readily find parking, no surprise. Easily accessible from Portola or Livermore Ave.

Another Update 09.03.23 Parking ok for Lucky's during off hours, but near restaurants, still tight most of the day & full at mealtimes. Still, free parking!

Lucky grocery store, Jamba Juice, Panda Express, The Habit Burger, Philly Cheesesteak, Starbucks, Massage Envy, Metro by T-Mobile, a few other businesses. Ample free parking most of the time, good access from I-580 at Livermore exit. Nothing too exciting, very functional shopping center. Fountain at South side of development (by Panda Express) hasn't been working for several years, too bad as it added ambience to the small outdoor seating area. I mostly shop at Lucky's bc it's so close to the house. It's always clean, and not too packed. The prices may be a bit more expensive but sometimes I rather go here than travel further for cheaper products. Parking can be tricky just because there is a lot of car and foot traffic.
