Update: 12/12/23 Yet again a horrible customer service experience, went back tonight and the First Lady I worked with the first night gave me attitude right off the bat! I just wanted to finish returning the items for my daughter and get her the right sizes. They wanted to say we can only do $25. I let them know that last night they did $50 and said to come back and do another $50, but I went in and I was not going to have it tonight. They told me one more time to scan my card, so you will do the full amount period. Iāve spent gas money going back and forth trying to work with them. They need to work with me, I am the customer. They lady then called her manager on her cell phone, then told me she said only $25, I let her know I would like to speak with her In person, she then told me she was busy. I let them know I would be happy to wait, next thing you know the so called manager wasnāt that busy because she came a minute later. She immediately had a bad attitude and every time I tried to say something āI was cutting her offā how about you listen to your customers and get that smirk off your face like you were better than me, you kept saying you are trying to help me. But what you did was make everyone In The customer service area feel uncomfortable including my two children who were with me. Not once did I raise my voice, yes I was stern because I was not going to leave until I was satisfied as a customer. I work in customer service, I am a manager and a training manager with my company and I would have both of those people that assisted me fired in a heart beat. The one lady proceeded to be unprofessional once the transaction was complete and finally doing what was right in the situation, say in Spanish āshe makes me sickā yes I might be white, but Iām not stupid! You all do not deserve to be in customer service, if you donāt want to have compassion then stop working in a field where you have to work with people! Period!!!! Like I said before, I will NEVER step foot in a Walmart again! These people a racist and disgusting!
The worst customer service ever!!!! My daughter was one that got picked to do Shop with a Cop this year and they took the kids to Walmart to shop for Christmas presents and for themselves. My daughter unfortunately shopped in the womenās section for herself and all the clothes she got did not fit her, I went in the same day to go see if we could get things in her size. We did not have the receipt, my daughter left it at the school when they went to wrap everything. The customer service ladies told me they could only do $25 worth of stuff since we did not have the receipt. I was not going to argue that first visit, but knew when I came back I wanted to speak to a manager. Went back today and immediately asked for a manager and she looked at the lady next to her and told me she would help me, well this lady said I can do $50 thatās it. An employee needed assistance and I let her know she could help him first we were not in a rush, well the original lady said Iāll do it and you can get the $50 and come back tomorrow, then mentioned how tomorrow will be the last time I can get another return because they can only scan my ID 3 times! Well, then why the hell are you limiting me? On top of having me drive multiple times back and forth to the store, when all we want to do it get items that will actually fit my daughter. They definitely ruined her shop with a cop experience!!!
Iām frustrated and upset! The first visit you told me you could do $25, but this time you said oh well we can do $50! You can do more, you are choosing not to, so after my next visit getting the last return and I will make you return it all since you can only scan my ID one more time! It is a little over $50 and I will get it all returned, so my daughter can finish getting her Christmas gifts from shopping with a cop. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirstly I had tried calling this WalMart and Tracy's and neither picked up and the calls ended-up hanging up on themselves because they rang so long without anyone picking up. I have a check to cash but wanted to know details about whether they stopped cashing them at a certain time of day and also whether they could take a substitute check issued to me by my bank, Chase. Instead of going to the store closer to me on Vasco, I decided to go here because it was the only check cashing place open even though this Walmart has been deteriorating over the years and putting dystopian gates, locks, and barriers around the store. I go to the check cashing area luckily they were still cashing checks. Unfortunately since substitute checks are admittedly uncommon, the first customer service person had to go to the back to get someone to look at the check. This older Indian woman with glasses came limping from the back, unfortunately have to just describe her because she didn't introduce herself. Immediately she comes out with a snotty attitude repeating that I had just printed it out myself. I digressed saying it was ok if she could not cash it but it was a legal check. Of course she had to continue asserting her attitude and acted like she was going to confiscate it. I have been shopping at this Walmart for decades with my friends and family and felt annoyed to stand there and be treated like a criminal as I am trying to de-escalate and get away from her bad service. This all would have been settled if someone at any of your stores picked up phone calls. I know now there is no longer a reason to go to this hell-hole and deal with these employees that are basically taken off the streets and promoted to higher positions over nicer employees. Oh yes, and why is she sitting collecting money from your customers in the back when she can't even pick up a phone? Will definitely be referring people away from Walmart to cheaper options with more options and better customer service like Asian grocers and Amazon just based off these street urchins they hire with snot-nosed attitudes. Her personality you should have her at a check-out station shutting her mouth and checking people out since the lines have been insufferably long these past couple years with good people shifting and sighing as they wait half an hour just to start checking-out with a person. Maybe working with customers she will actually learn to develop a smile like how Walmart tries to advertise their customer service. But apparently this WalMart just wants to pay her to sit on her behind all day collecting money like a couch queen in the back then act worse than a 16 year old when a discrepancy comes up. 0 stars out of 10, this Walmart is no longer designed for families just criminals. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt 2pm on 12/14/23 I had to return photo shop xmas cards that were printed wrong. 2nd in line at register. One clerk at register. After waiting on person in front of me, she left the register and began a phone call. She talked while the line got longer. After about 10 minutes, a man took my photos and went back to the processing area to see if they could be run properly. He did not come back for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, the other clerk returned to the register and waited on two customers. Then she left and started another call just outside the Kiosk. She never returned to the register. There were four or five folks in line and some left to ask if anyone was working that area. As I waited, I talked to the lady behind me in line. She said she had photos to pick up. I asked her if they were prepaid. She said yes. I told her that I had a problem like this before and I just reached around the counter and pulled my prepaid photos out of the bin on the other side. I said I would get hers and stepped around the counter. Her order was right on top. I got it and noted that is was paid. I gave her the pics and said "Thank You for Shopping at Walmart". She smiled and left. This woke up the girl on the phone who asked me if I worked at Walmart. I said no....I am a volunteer. This did not end my experience. The photo guy returned and told me to go to customer service for a refund. He could not get the job to print correctly. I did so, and they said I have to return to photo to get the refund. I went back and there was no one in the department. After a 10min wait, I returned to the customer service line and was again told to go to the photo shop by an angry woman who told me she knew someone was there because she saw him. At this point, I had been in the store for over an hour so I left with no refund. I went back the next day and after a 30 min wait was able to find a person who knew how to refund the photo order. I will continue to shop at Walmart, but it is never an enjoyable experience. I am happy when I can find what I need and check myself out. As a final sad note. When I returned the next day, I saw the photo shop man who had originally helped me. I was not rude, but I gave him and earful about the day before. He broke into tears and said "you don't know what it's like here sometimes". I felt like a creep and apologized to him. It seems to me like the poor conditions at the Livermore, CA.
