I didn’t expect this for Livermore but the ladies they have working there are racists. I had a coupon so I couldn’t order from the kiosk.
The ladies were packing orders so I waited like 5 mins which I didn’t mind but then they walked away even though they saw me standing there. I finally spoke up and asked for service (in English).
A lady from the back came to me a few moments later and assumes I speak Spanish. I speak to her in English and she continues to speak Spanish. I finally told her I don’t speak Spanish. She gave me a disgusted look as if I should know how to speak Spanish.
I ordered, she had to get help and at that point the drive thru lady also looked at me snarky as if I was causing trouble. Finally got my order in and the lady said it would be 12 mins. Ran across the street got some beverages came back at 15 mins, food not ready. Waited another 7-10 mins and they finally got my order (had to ask for it).
Drive thru lady put my order on the counter and said my number. Walked away before I could get condiments. I had to again ask for service. Lady came and threw my hot sauce in my bag as she rolled her eyes at me and I told her she was rude.

Read moreToday I went through the drive thru at Popeyes Chicken in Livermore and ordered the 4 piece and 2 piece combo and I said "chicken only" which has always meant no drink at Popeyes. I paid and got my order and noticed I had the chicken and my sides but no biscuits. So being that I had already drove all the way through the line and waited, I went to the door and spoke to an employee who Is this explained that I wanted my biscuits. I showed the receipt and since they had just charged me for each thing separately and not a combo which I had originally asked for, I was not charged for the biscuits. I said ok, how much will it be, I'll pay, can I please have 2 biscuits. The employee gave me the price but refused to take the payment and give me the biscuits at the door but told me to go all the way back through the drive through. I asked for the manager, and he came and told me the same thing and walked off and refused to provide my biscuits or accept my payment at the door until I went inside and demanded that I just get what I had asked for. The manager on duty, who's name is Floyd, refused to speak further to me. There was a lady who was working in the back cooking who finally took my payment and provided me the biscuits. Read morePopeyes Livermore - the worst service ever! Only person in line and at least 8 people behind the counter yet it took 5 minutes for someone to help me. I ordered Spicy Chicken Tenders Meal. They said they didn’t have any spicy tenders. I had to ask if they were making anymore, because it seemed like he wanted me to settle for the mild. He said it would take 10 minutes. No problem I said, I’ll wait. 30 minutes later, I asked where my order was. Mind you, before I could get to the counter to ask, there were 2 people ahead of me with the wrong order. So, when I inquire about my meal, my ticket order wasn’t even on their holder thing, so they had to ask me for my receipt to create the order! Make sure you watch they place your order! Then ….. my meal came with 5 dips. They gave me 2. Even after we went through a whole thing of what dips they did and didn’t have! I ended up with 5, but not what I ordered.
