We can never fully thank Millennium Custom Homes enough for the beautiful job they did expanding/renovating our house. It turned out beyond our dreams-under budget and in only 3 months.

Phil, the owner, has tremendous experience building beautiful homes in the area and it shows. His subcontractors were uniformly excellent. The whole MCH staff was responsive and committed to make it come out perfectly.

Philip, our Project Manager, added extra touches along the way to make it special. He was amazingly patient, answering all our many questions without making us feel we were imposing. He provided regular updates, in person and writing, and was always responsive. There was almost always a crew(s) of excellent trades people here under Philip's supervision. He managed the permit inspection process so there was minimal delay. Philip has excellent taste and guided us in many of the decisions. He was a real gem and we will miss him. Jessica kept the purchasing and billing under control, no small feat.
