I do not commonly write reviews. However when someone goes way above and beyond, I feel compelled to share my experience. I showed up after work on a Monday and was greeted by Michelle Marks an interior designer working at the tile shop in Livingston. I was in the middle of my bathroom renovation and decided that I did not like the tile combination I was about to buy from another store. So I was starting new and had very little time to get things done. Michelle listened to my ideas of what I thought I was looking for and made it come to fruition. The end result just finished being installed today and looks amazing. After the tile was ordered, Michelle followed up with me to discuss the rest of the project and help me choose vanities. She also stayed late to enable me to get this order done quickly and even spoke directly to my contractor about the shower niche. I cannot recall a more positive experience in purchasing something for my home the way I experienced at the tile shop. I also have to shout out the assistant manager Quinn Tyler who also helped me figure out the square footage and details of the order and was very patient with me. A friend of mine had the completely opposite experience at another tile store in Sussex. I have been telling everyone to try this amazing store because they will be blown away by the customer service. Also the selection was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. I spent a lot of time to search and inspire myself with my dream three bathrooms design with great quality and durability marble, I explored different marble tile showroons and discussed my dream bathrooms with many consultants and finally decided to stick to the Tile Shop in Livingston location. All this time Renee was with me and supported me with each single feature and specific details I care about. She gave me tons of practical advice, helped me to finalize all my ideas in the real life and all my concerns and questions about the tiles she demonstrated on the tons of existed samples in Livingston great showroom. We carefully worked through all specific details and Renee paid her high attention on each even small detail I kept in mind. Old dinosaur store. Not owner friendly and also not contractor friendly. Think 3 times to decide whether you want to buy from them. The tile comes minimum a week later. But from my experience it can come much later than you think. It will delay your project like a hell. They have zero inventory for you to get in short time. Plus they don’t order the tile by piece. So you will end up pay 10-20 % waste depending on the area size. They recommend the grout and silicon from their brand. Don’t buy it because for the same product it will be 3 to 4 times more expensive. Also every time you go there.
