I had the pleasure of having my nails serviced by this young lady! Let me just say A++++ across the board! First let me say the work that she post online, or social media outlets doesn't do her work Justice. I didn't really know what to expect so I just went in with a open mind. My appointment was at 11am, I was there a little early so I was waiting. When she came in she immediately greeted me with a welcoming heartfelt hello, introduced herself, and I was in her chair at 10: 59! Let me just say pleased is a understatement! Punctual! Friendly! I loved this place at first. I got so many compliments on my nails both times that I was here. Unfortunately the second time, my nail polish chipped as did my acrylic. I tried reaching out for a repair but was ignored for over a month. Ended up going back to my old nail shop, reluctantly. Then I was reached out to for a complimentary set as an amends to not responding to my requests to repair my nails. I accepted but was never scheduled for an appointment. I unfortunately will not be patronizing this business any longer. The prices are high but the work is awesome. It just sucks to pay that kind of money and not have good customer service. Excellent experience! This was my first time receiving a Russian Manicure. I’ve heard of them before but they never really caught my attention until Jakia’s work showed up on my “For You” page. I’ve never been a fan of traditional manicures because the results never seemed to last beyond a few days. Russian manicures focus heavily on the cuticle which was my problem area. I studied Jakia’s work and client after client had beautiful, clean cuticles! I’ve finally sat in her chair and I couldn’t be more pleased. I love that the nails are incredibly neat and low maintenance. I can fit a once per month visit into my busy schedule. Jaila herself was very sweet AND a Jesus girl… ICING...
