I am very disappointed to have to share this post but we deemed it necessary. My husband and i went to this shop in hopes of having our computer fixed. We explained to the store owner the issues that we were having which was that it seemed to have a shortage in the cord. We left our computer with them on Friday and my husband called on Monday for an update just wanting to know if they had found the issue. The owner said that they were still working on the issue. They charge us 100 to clean out our computer and then on top of that they glued our cord together into our computer. The first real issue i had was the manner in which the owner spoke to my husband after my husband found out the price that he was charging us to blow dust out. When we arrived to pick up our computer i expressed my disappointment in the manner in which he spoke to my husband telling him to go somewhere else the next time. I told him that is not good customer service and that i didnt understand why he was so hostile in his approach. I only wanted him to listen to our concerns in regards to the price. I went out of my way to check the going rate for cleaning out computers from several different locations each one said about 15.00 but because the one we have is a all in one built it would run about 30.00 because of the level of difficulty. This owner was not only rude but he was trying to rip us off. I ask were we being treated this way because we were black. I have never been so insulted by an owner. When my husband pointed out the glue that was on the cord to keep it in place he asked them is this the kind of work you do. The owner then got mad and said just take it get out his son or who ever he was to him begin to be rude also by saying yeah get out. No one should be treated in this manner. It was not our fault for the poor quility of work that was performed nor for an owner not to contact the person in whom you are servicing before you do the work in which my husband was trying to attained information about. Please if you are in need of repair go somewhere where you can be respected and satisfied with the work after it is done. I will pray for these individuals that God will help them to use wisdom whether then rudeness! Wounded in heart but Triumph in Victory! ...

Should be 0 stars. This place and other places this manager oversees locally and in Detroit are scam joints. MAJOR SCAMMERS. Avoid the aggravation and loss of your money and stay away from this shop and any that seem suspicious to you. They think they are smart, but are actually very dumb.
