I first met Laila when I came into the store looking for a headpiece for my wedding. I wear a scarf and I wanted something unique. Laila sat with me to find the best headpiece that would match my dress and flow with my veil. She made me a customized headpiece that I loved! After seeing what she had in the store, I purchased robes for all my bridesmaids, junior bride and flower girls. I also got jewelry for all the girls, veil and crown for the junior bride and flower crowns for my flower girls. The girls were so excited to see their boxes from JoL. Laila also made me a rosary to put on my boutique and to pass down to all my sisters. My sister just got married in August and made sure to add the rosary to her boutique to give it an extra touch and blessing. She is absolutely AMAZING! I went with my best friend to look into her pieces. And honestly I was apprehensive. Her work looks amazing on instagram but in my experience, a lot of boutiques have the most snooty service. But truthfully she was so kind and humble, and refreshing. Her work is gorgeous in person and she's like open to everything you want added into your piece. She doesn't force buying things down your throat. She's honest about what she can do and honestly I can't wait to purchase from her. The shop is small but a cute boutique. It's clean, well organized, spaced out nicely, and all the pieces are displayed well. She told us to come back closer to the wedding because she's getting new stuff, and even told us we can send her inspiration pictures of specific things we like. When I first started looking for accesoacces for my wedding I didn't know where to go until I discovered Jewels of Lara. I decided to give the place a try and I couldn't be happier woth my decision. At the moment I walked in, Laila and her mom made me feel so relaxed and at ease, as if we have known each other for awhile. She was nice and patient while my mom and I had our differences with a couple items. She gave me her honest opinion and made my decision so much easier. She was very welcoming and her kids were adorable to meet. Best decision I had was to go there and buy accessories for my flower girls and jewelry for myself and my family.
