1st. The female at the gate never checked my paperwork or my seal like she was supposed to. Then. Tried to check in for my delivery. Was told by one of the few people sitting behind the glass that the lady who is supposed to check me in was on break. That she would be back shortly. But she didn't know when shortly was. Then the female who does the check ins finally arrives. I slide my paperwork through the glass as I'm supposed to. She pushes it back through the glass without looking down at it. She doesn't talk. She instead points to something & when I asked. What would she like me to do? She gets an attitude. Points to the paper on the glass & asks me . "You can't read that ? " Referring to the sign that says to write your name & number on the BOL. Which I had already done. & if she had looked at my paperwork. Instead of just pushing it back to me. She would have known that. She then says dismissively. " We'll call you ".... A bunch of lazy & unprofessional females work here. The unloaders literally will have you sitting there waiting for hours. Had a scheduled appointment at 1130pm. Got there at 1050 pm. Didn't leave until 655 am. Utterly ridiculous. Hire people who actually care to do their jobs...

Update: another load not ready, getting ready to sleep overnight. The load I posted about in my original review, when I reached the destination it turned out Mastrionardi had loaded 1 whole pallet of the wrong product. They made me bring it back and it took this place another couple hours to take back the 1 pallet! When I finally delivered this one the customer rejected 3 whole pallets of tomatoes

Original: Waited 2 and a half days! Over 50 hours. Because of the reviews I had been avoiding this place, unfortunately I didn't have a choice this time. You should never come here either. I have been here for 2 and a half days waiting for a trailer that isn't even halfway full. If your company says the load is "preloaded" IT IS NOT PRELOADED THEY DO NOT EVEN START LOADING TILL THE "APPT TIME". I will be late to my delivery today because of this. Ladies in the office don't even care, they honestly seem surprised if you're early, like it's not Mastrionardi's fault, it's yours for thinking of trying to be timely. There's a little break room area by the office but no restrooms for drivers. You can park overnight but that's because they have no choice...

Remember if you come with the products that they don't need any time soon you gonna wait until every body leaves then they will unload you its not 100% you might stay more then 15 hours waiting. If they need for example tomatoes they don't care that truck driver will skip every body like a King 😁 I have been here 4 5 times I did skip the line only ones. But the rest of it I waited minimum 3 4 hours the longest I waited 2 days they rejected my load. I had to wait for they inspection 20 hours. They took my load half of it good ones the rest they put it back. Shipping Office lady with the glass she so rude.
