The service and food has been wonderful from this company. Tonight was the first time I wasn’t fully happy with what I purchased. I buy the brownie blast milkshake many times. There is normally brownie chunks in it, but tonight it seemed like the brownie was mixed. It is Mother’s Day and my grandmother LOVES the chunks of brownie in hers like we usually get. She was happy for her dessert, but was disappointed there wasn’t chunks of brownie. I’m not sure what the normal protocol or recipe is for this item. I just hope all the staff can communicate and be on the same page of how to make each item on the menu. This place is up and coming. Professional friendly staff working in a nice and clean environment. Options were very good. Custard was very good, thick smooth and creamy yall. Oreo Flurrie was fire with a splash of that Biscoff syrup! Wondering if it’s an off brand oreo they use, that or they were stale. Other order was a simple cone and sprinkles. Absolutely love this place! The custard is delicious, and all the treats are seriously yummy. You can tell everything is made with care and passion. The owner is incredibly kind and clearly loves what he does—it really shows in both the quality of the desserts and the atmosphere. Prices are totally fair for what you get. Definitely a gem worth visiting...
