Man what can I say about this place. I will never visit another cellular retail storefront unless these people couldn’t get me exactly what I needed. My son is 6 and has being saving every little dollar he had to save for an iPhone of his own. Well, after searching Craigslist I found this place. Never knew it exists and I ride past it every time I’m headed to produce my radio shows. I text the number provided and my man Malek was personable from the start. I told him what I needed for my son to enjoy Roblox. For $60 he sold me an iPhone 6s 128gb with a brand new charger and two cases. This is the kicker. I got home to set it up and it kept dying. He was honest and told me it was original battery and it’s probably fried. He told me I could come back Monday in which I agreed to. However I wasn’t happy that my son spent money and couldn’t enjoy what he spent his money on. I showed up just minutes before they closed after just leaving the store less than hour ago. With no hesitation he took that phone to the back and said wait in the car and he got me. He happily stayed overtime to repair it. Not only did he fix replace a brand new apple battery and hand deliver red it back to me, he provided me with a personal number to him for any problems or future business needed. What I will say Is you definitely need to hit this spot. Most honest and trustworthy salesman I’ve ever encountered. They have phones, tvs, computers, laptops and so much more. Just told my pops to go up here for his repair and I recommend y’all do the same. I’m in need of a computer so I’ll be back in a week.

I told my laptop in to have hinges replaced I was charged $100. The hinges was never replaced. Instead of replacing hinges. When I pulled out laptop to use for the first time laptop made a klick klack noise. I notice my laptop was unlevel and screen did not lay flat. So I took it back a second time for repair. I pickup my laptop a second time and found my laptop was repaired with gray glue. My laptop just flops open and back not stable in any other position. I called the shop back to speak with father who repaired laptop did not pickup phone nor returned my call. I do not recommend you using this repair shop. They just want your money. Who would even think of using GLUE on a laptop.

Reply: You were called within days of 1st laptop repair being picked up. You knew I was flying out of town. Hence the reason return a couple weeks later. You cannot explain putting glue on a laptop to fix a hinge neither hinge was fixed properly both hinges have glue on them. You lack integrity. I have the phone records to prove you were called before returning a second time. You glued myl laptop back together. I don't live in this area, came to visit family for a week but had to do school work while I was here and forgot my charger to my Dell laptop. Went to Best Buy and they had one that wasn't even the right one, it was for an HP, and it was loose, didn't even fit right for $60 and then they had one that was the same that somebody returned for $50. I was not impressed with Best Buy, so while we were at BB, my cousin googled and called Plymouth Computers & Phones. He said he had a cord for me that would fit. So, when I got there he had one that fit my laptop better than the one I DID NOT buy at BB. Plymouth Computer & Phones is great! I received great customer service, he was super nice and down to earth, very helpful in my mini dilemma, and they had great prices.
