I went to Magnolia Jewels after being recommended to them by a good friend. The owner Alondra and assistant manager Kerman were very kind and extremely knowledgeable about everything I needed. I had moved from California where we had a family jeweler for 30+ years. I was skeptical to let anyone handle my jewelry but after meeting the two of them I decided to give it a try. My repair was completed quickly and done perfectly. I was so impressed that I brought other pieces to them to be redone. While shopping I picked out an Aquamarine designed by Alondra. Was having in awful day 8.10.21 was terrible I was on my way to get my watch set correctly and the person who attended to me I believe his name was Kerman is an amazing and more then exceptional customer service attendant y’all have he was polite and generous and even though I was having a bad day he made sure I was set with what I needed and much more then what I went in for he is a great asset to your team I hope he gets to see this I could not thank him enough for what he did not only for my watch but also for me your a remarkable employee and hope they appreciate the hard work you do. I walked into Magnolia Jewels with a watch that needed a battery. I had attempted to have the battery replaced at other places, but since the band was custom and it covered the back of the watch, it was difficult to to do. Kermman greeted me and agreed to try. He spent a lof of time and finally got the job done. He was very kind and it was a pleasure meeting him. I highly recommend supporting this local business!
