This is my first ever negative review in my lifetime, however this must be made known and hopefully corrected regarding very shocking lack of care and follow through from Dr. Susan Wright at Seton at Ascension Seton Lockhart Health Center: 1)I was in so much pain for 5 consequetive days after the visit, I could barely get out of bedā8 days later ā yes it took them 8 days, someone calls me from Seton to tell me that the doctor looked and I have 3 fractured ribs, and only one is minimally displaced, so no worried and asked if I am taking Tylenol. 2) On the blood tests, I have a major indicator that is significantly out of range, and during that same call they told me that all my blood test results are fine. I asked another doctor and they said that they were not fine and they should be discussing mitigation measures right away.
Here is more detail, just to understand how negligent this doctor and this office is: I went to see Dr. Susan Wright at Seton at Ascension Seton Lockhart Health Center for a)annual physical exam , b)also happened to have had a big fall and with severe pain in my chest. We took X-rays for my chest that day- and other blood samples related to my annual visit a 3 days later (by the way, no physical exam whatsoever during the annual checkup). The results of the X-rays were out he same day, and I did not hear from the doctor or the practitioner till 8 (yes eight) days later, although I called and messaged in the Seton app to inquire about the results (and was told that āsorry, the doctor has not giving us feedback yet)- I was in so much pain for 5 consequetive days after the visit, I could barely get out of bedā8 days later someone calls me from Seton to tell me that the doctor looked and I have 3 fractured ribs, and only one is minimally displaced, so no worried and asked if I am taking Tylenol. On the blood tests, the results in my app show two related measures out of range, with one significantly high that must be addressedāand the practitioner who called me said āyour results are fine and everything is within rangeā. I am speechless and sad that the doctor does not care, is not diligent, and the system at Seton as well does not have a way to make sure patients are taken care of and informed immediately about bad results, that their concerns are addressed, that their pain is addressed, and out of range vital signs are addressed and corrective...

I had a virtual appointment a couple of months ago and was never told that it had been switched to an in person appointment. When Darlene called the day before to confirm my appointment (and said it was in person) I said I have no transportation and have to rely on medical transport through my insurance, which requires notice. So I had to reschedule and wait another month. When I called for a medical transport, they couldnāt bring me because I called one day too late to schedule, so they called to confirm my appointment and to see what could be done. Darlene told them I had a history of missing appointments and she wasnāt going to do anything to try to reschedule me. This is a total lie. The only appointments Iāve missed were one when the medical transport failed to pick me up, and the one that had been switched from virtual to in person without notifying me, besides her being completely unprofessional in speaking about a patient in that manner. I was finally able to find a ride to the appointment and when I saw Iād be a few minutes late, due to being picked up late, I called. I was told they could wait around ten minutes for me. I finally arrived to a completely empty waiting room, and was exactly thirteen minutes late, and wasnāt even listened to. I was told we have to reschedule if that would be okay. I said no, thatās not okay. I can understand their policy for the appointment time, but I donāt understand when calls are not made to notify me when they have to make a change to an appointment. I had referred my sister and brother-in-law to Dr Davila when they moved back to town and because Darlene would never return a phone call for them to set up a new patient appointment, they found another doctor. This is completely unprofessional, rude and hurting their business. Iām very saddened that after several years of exceptional service at Dr Davilaās clinic, (Andrea is the best and always handled any issue professionally) Iāll now be finding another dr as well. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'd give 0 stars if possible. I was in really bad shape, and waited for 2-3 hours to be brought back. I was miserable, and nearly blacking out. Thought about going to the emergency room (and I HATE the ER), but they said they could help. My mother in law checked me in, and The only time they approached me in the waiting room was to get my 30 buck copay (waste of money). The doctor told me that the majority of my issues are neurological, which I knew. I've already had an upcoming appointment with my neurologist due to recent episodes of bad seizures. Another problem that drove me to go was that my old surgery site from a broken ankle had started to hurt badly for no reason. The doctor told me the plates and screws might have shifted from where they're supposed to be. They finally did xrays by the time it was dark (I arrived around 1pm, btw ), and promised me a doctor would call with the results asap the next day. By about 3pm the following day, I finally decided to call. A lady told me that she'd put me on a list to be called back. And then at 5ish, I called again. The lady was slightly rude, saying that they were busy and would call me when they got to me. Then she said the doctor would call me after hours. No call came. So this morning, i called again, and this lady was a bit more rude to me. The way she spoke made it seem like i wasn't important, and that i was wasting her time. When she FINALLY checked the "doctors notes", she said there was "evidence of old plates and screws, and no fracture." That still doesn't answer my question as to if the plates had shifted. She basically just told me to have a nice day, and hung up. I'm still in pain, still miserable, and down 30 bucks that I couldn't afford. They did absolutely nothing to help me, and due to my severe anxiety, I am now worse. Places like this are why I always put off going to the hospital until I feel miserable. At this point, I'd honestly rather stay home and die. I normally don't review anything, or speak my mind, but I want to let people know of my experience so they don't have to go...
