I'm disappointed with the estate sale this last weekend that New and Again hosted. I waited 3 hours before the sale to ensure I would get the items I wanted. I was one of the first persons to enter the estate sale and found only 2 out of 4 items that I wanted. I asked the people in charge what happened to the other 2 items I wanted and the response was "the family of the estate wanted to keep the 2 items at the last minute". Then I was told "it is my responsibility to check photos on Estate sale webpage to see if they updated pictures and removed any items from sale". I didn't want to argue with the person because there were many people in line to purchase items. Unfortunately this person didn't remove the picture with the 4 items on Estate sale web page they just added another picture to the web page showing only 2 of the items. It seemed a little fishy to me how this went down. I hope this is a one time incident and not future practice. To New and Again please be more responsible and post any changes to your estate sales appropriately. And please take full responsibility for any problems that the customer may have with your sales. They failed to provide some precious family items that were packed in the boxes they purchased. I also found a big stain on the carpet that wasn't there before they removed my mom's estate possessions from her home. I was unable to reach a mutually agreeable, reasonable settlement with them. I would definitely not recommend this business for an estate purchase and will never do business with them in any capacity...
