One star is too much for this office!

I went in to check how much it would cost me to mail an envelope. I am getting ready to mail almost 1,000 of them and needed to know the price so I can buy the stamps accordingly.

The cashier was rude from the beginning. I asked my question and he said, "One stamp!!" with attitude! I replied, "Could you please check. I need to know how much, as it contains a little calendar and magnet". With a terrible attitude, he grabbed the envelope, put it on the scale and gave it back to me, again with attitude, and said, "2 Stamps!". I ended up purchasing 500 first class rate stamps because he told me it would take 2 of these per envelope to mail out.

I left with a terrible feeling due to the awful customer service, got in the car and drove to the nearest Post Office at 8958 E Highway 12 VICTOR. The lady there was incredible, nice, efficient, and professional. I asked her the same question I asked the person at the Lodi office, she told me it would cost 87 cents to mail out each envelope. She immediately grabbed the additional 24 cent school bus stamps necessary to meet the 87-cent total and asked how many I would need.

I went back to Lodi and asked to talk with the manager. I explained that the attitude of the employee and unwillingness to find the appropriate solution was going to cost me $390 extra as I would have had to purchase 2,000 first class rate stamps! Extremely disappointed with service of a person named JEFFEREY M. WALLORY. I had an appointment today at 1.00 pm with their Passport service to apply for my kids aged 7,5 &1. No body opened the door till 1.07 pm until I asked the front desk to call the person in charge for passport applications. And then JEFFEREY M WALLORY showed up without any appologies for the delay. I had all 3 application forms ready to go, just needed him to take passport photos of my kids. He was moving too slow, ignoring our concern of other timebound commitments, talking to other staff members for vague reasons. Finally he took their pictures, printed those and started clipping them to the application forms . Just then I noticed that he took horrible pictures ( for $15 each), my 5 year old son’s picture looks like if he has a deformed face. We asked him if that is the picture he really thinks is suitable for my child to carry on his passport for next 5 years, his blunt reply was YES! Can somebody ask this BIG SLOW MOVING CREATURE ... the how hard is it to make another click on his camera? He was disgustingly rude! My concern is that how am I going to explain this to my cute child that Why his passport picture shows a deformed face. Passport service and front desk staff SUCKS! I called 10:30AM to apply for my grandmother's passport, talked to a female staff about walk-in for passport just to verify if they accept walk-ins, she asked me if I already filled up the application form which I already did then told me that they're accepting walk-ins at 1:30PM, she even asked me what's my ETA and told her between 1:30-2:00PM because I have to drive 30mins from the location. As I arrive, I already notice the person(male) who's on the passport processing window just lounging and moves very slow. Me and the person before me were waiting for 10-15mins while he just sits around and looking untidy as well. When it was our turn, he suddenly rejects us, told us to talk to the front which I did, and unfortunately both of them are rude even though I explained to them that I spoke with one of their staff then just told me to read the sign at the front (which is not very visible to public).
