No customer service. Courtney in customer service (or i should say lack of) was not helpful at all Never recieved the part. They would ship a new part after I paid for it again No way i was going to pay for a part again and not recieve it. I would be out twice the money and still no part. They do not disclose all their shipping requirements till after you have paid and shippment does not come. They never reply to negative reviews. Guess i will chalk this lost up to a learning experience with a poor company
Lets get some facts straight . There is no place on the mobile site that states I would have to sign for the part. Or I would have never ordered from you . Second UPS stated it was a requirement by your company to sign for all packages and there was nothing they could do to help me. Next I reordered the part and talked to Courtney and asked her to shipped the part so I 0kid not have to sign for it. It was still shipped so I has to sign for it. So I took a day off work to stay home and sign for the part. Then i open the box to find the part broke . The box had no packaging to stop the part from getting broke. So now Im out the part, my money and a day of work. Because of your company. I ordered the part from another company for 20 dollars less. Didnt have to sign for it, it was not broke and I didnt have to put up with a poor' company service like yours. To make matters worse by your poor' company, Johanna Rua sent me an e mail . This added cost was adjusted initially, because it was supposed to fit without modifications. The staff allowed me to open the box and confirm the fit! Despite the discount given for the extra parts needed, I opted for a less expensive option, Dianez, and her staff accomodated me 100% and streamlined the process, I am satisfied totally with their products! My advice to anyone before purchasing a product, regardless of what is discussed over a telephone call, bring the old components with you and take pictures, this will avoid extra trips and unnecessary returns and frustration. Products are constantly being upgraded and improved, I strongly recommend taking all the necessary precautions making certain you are getting the components that fit your needs! They could definitely be more detailed oriented and converse with their customers in a more timely manner. I ordered a seat bracket for my tractor. I got an email then stating that the bracket would take 6 to 8 weeks to ship. At the end of this week it’ll be close to two months since my order was placed and still no brackets. I don’t know if this company drop ships or if they have inventory to pull orders from but I have financed the purchase for two months and they have had my money since then. Originally on the Google add it said it was available within ten days. They sent me a notification of shipment but it doesn’t have a tracking number. When someone finally returned my emails they said that the shipping estimate was provided by Google not them. So needless to say my experience to date hasn’t been great.
