Disappointing Experience at Allison - Closed Early I recently visited Allison on 12/23/24 to purchase a transmission filter, as their website indicated they were open until 5:00 PM. However, when I arrived at 4:40 PM, the lights were off, and the place was completely locked up. It was frustrating to see that they had closed earlier than their advertised hours, especially since I had planned my visit based on their stated closing time. I ended up having to go to another dealer to get the part I needed. I hope they can better adhere to their posted hours in the future to avoid this kind of inconvenience...

Great Experience for a first timer !!!. Rolled the dice and dealt with the guys for the first time in the parts with a $7500.00 order THEY came through BIG TIME !!! Everything was ordered correctly and quickly even had the Service Foreman come over and give me some pointers on the rebuild. SECOND time around was on the service side, they took the truck in and ran the overhead made all the necessary adjustments and replaced the exhaust gasket.
