Almost everytime I come in now these days they are out of ingredients of some sort today was no different. I have been eating here ever since they have opened. inhouse seating is a mess even when first opening for the day, total lack of regard for cleanup at many times. Portions were decent at one time damn near need to pull teeth to get what I've always ordered these days. commercials showed in the past decent amounts of ingredients applied when ordered and used to be so. These days I'm skimped on damn near eveything. No dressing is the new norm all the time. employees with a lack of care for the work enviroment or the customer and no preparations going on to make sure things are ready and stocked to go. Guacamole can be as oxidized as bad as a sun baked rust belted 1970 ford Pinto and have a sheen on top looking like the Exxon Valdez oil spill of 1989. No chicken in the pan no chicken on the grill it's a Friday afternoon at 3. I have had several accounts of bone shards in my chicken and have even cut my mouth open in the past. order a salad hardly any lettuce. dressing when available very inconsistant or completly different. I have to go home and make my own. guac and pico can vary in consistency to the point they're unreconizeable from batch to batch. I order all the upcharge ingredients so by the time I'm done I have $40 dollars invested into 2 salads. Chipotle has made me and my family sick on so many ocasions within a hour of eating it we have to go take what we call a chipotle. Chipotle's bathrooms smell so bad at times it's like a state park port o pot thats filled up in 90 degree heat. Now, I find chipotle delicious and there is some room for deviation. I'm tired of the issues mentioned and the employees lack of concern for the job and the satisfation of the customer for these prices I'll just go Texas Roadhouse next door they serve a drink, bread, salad, soup, vegetable or fries and, a whole steak for my meal. I do love Chipotle though and eat it damn near weekly. I want better results though and have had words with...

was my first time ever coming to a chipotle, being 36 I was super excited to finally try it! There was a woman making everyone's food, doing a great job, but it came to our turn and she said rudely I need more lettuce and then walked away-never coming back. Out comes a female with green hair and a severe attitude, I have purple hair trust me it wasn't judgement on her hair it was 100% based on her performance. She barely gave us meat, unlike the woman who was doing it before her, and worst of all it was COLDDDDDD! EWW! Everything was filthy like seriously the soda machines were GROSS haven't been cleaned in months for sure! Out of 3/4s of the lemonades, every table was dirty, floor was dirty, etc. They were busy but come on it's Saturday evening of course it's busy! That's when you should thrive not dive! The guacamole was amazing thankfully. No care or thought went into our food, didn't listen to light sour cream, like she was just aweful! Literally left us waiting between the meat n the veggies for a good ten mins while she stood there and moved a few things to look busy but not really doing anything. No idea why but it was rude, and confusing. I kept saying what's going on?!? What are we waiting for?!? She specifically was aweful but obviously noone took pride in a clean place or organized properly. One worker kept coming out n look at the to go bags that noone took but did nothing else, like she could have obviously notice the dirty tables so noone could sit down and eat their food, could have noticed the dirty and empty containers for silverware, etc etc etc. Idk why there was no manager there but man the disappointment with that place is pretty high. The guacamole saved it so i will try it again, at a...

The AC has been out for several days making it a miserable environment. On top of the heat the staff is clearly exhausted from the heat as they are rushing people left and right without listening to the orders being placed. After getting a half scoop of white rice I asked for extra the employee then grabs another half scoop. I repeated this process 3 more times. They have been out of sautéed peppers for about as long as the ac has been out. The store is filthy, out of stock on all “fresh made” drinks. But the worst offense is their attempt to pass of the brown mystery meat as Peruvian guacamole 🥑. I was shocked to see this unidentifiable paste is their guacamole. When asked why it looks like that they said Peru avocados are brown!!! 🤦‍♂️ then they proceeded to tell me it was made fresh that MORNING! I placed my order at 6:47pm! I truly do not understand their lack of standards or accountability towards their staff! I get that it’s miserable inside but that’s a you problem not a customer problem. If the lack of AC causes a drop in hygienic standards you shouldn’t be open for business. I could live without the AC and the low to nonexistent stock. But to see an unidentifiable mystery paste being sold off as guacamole is what did it for me! We will not be returning to any Chipotle. I truly do not understand how they are still in business. You need...

This was my first time having Chipotle altogether. I was hesitant based on the recent reviews. I’m glad I took a chance. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Immediately someone asked for my order and I was quick to let them know it was my first time. No eye rolls, no frustration… completely the opposite. She encouraged me to take my time and she would answer any questions I had. Pleasant and friendly. I was worried about the portions since it’s obviously pricey, no shortage of food at all. Once the main ingredients were served and passed on to the person that does the toppings, once again, friendly, kind and pleasant. I asked about the spiciness of a sauce and she immediately placed in a separate cup so I could try it. To the moment I checked out, my card didn’t work (was expired 🤦‍♀️) and once again the cashier said “No worries. I’ll hold it here for you!”, while I ran to my car to get a current one. Now for the food: delicious! And plenty for two meals. Both my husband and I had to leave half for later because we couldn’t finish it… and mind you, we can eat! All in all a wonderful, pleasant, kind, friendly and delicious experience at this location. Thank you!!! Glad we stopped in! 🥰 (The photo shows it half eaten 🤪)

Added an order for three meals to be ready at 7:10. The food wasn't ready until 7:25 which seemed like a normal wait until we got a look at the food that was put together in this time. The vegan meal (picture) was missing lettuce and regular portions of the other ingredients. The second meal was missing chicken and steak and had white rice instead of brown. The third meal had the chicken that was ordered but also the steak that was ordered for the second meal and not the third. This chipolte is usually nice but this meal honestly was not worth it since I had to chop and add my own lettuce that the restaurant could not provide.

Walked in ready to get the same old bowl I usually get, then I saw they had smoked brisket and I got excited to try something new. When asked about what protein I wanted I said confidently “I’ll take the smoked brisket!” the line cook putting my bowl together said we’re out of that and moved on. Come to look down the when I started paying that they had just got more smoked brisket out. The little amount of chicken I, as well as my girlfriend got was burnt. Just a bad experience all around. Chipotle need to do better about accurate portion sizes for all of its customers.
