Crumbl — Restaurant in Logan Township

Wanted to update my review- since the hype died down, there are no issues with long lines or frazzled staff. Things go as they should and cookies/dessert are great. Glad things got better as I love having Crumbl cookies for a treat!

Both times I preordered and still have to wait in a long line. Waiting a few mins is fine, but 30 mins is getting crazy. Then this time, my cookies showed that they were picked up while I was still standing in line. I eventually walked in to ask what happened and was yelled at to go back out because they can only allow so many people in at a time. I understand that, but treat your customers with respect. I explained that my order showed picked up but I didn’t as I was still in line and got the response “oh I just set them over there since they were done”. I was still in line, no one called out the name like they did for other orders, and my name was taken off the queue, so was I just supposed to wait in line until I got in there?? Cumbl Cookies in general are pretty good. Arguable if they're worth the price, but they are super tasty.

Quality has been fine at this new location.

However, it has been open long enough now to not be having day-one service issues.

We placed an online order 24 hours ago for pickup on Saturday. We get there today and they're out of the cakes. Strange, considering we ordered them a day ago. The cashier offers to just swap them out for cookies - but the cakes cost more. So we had to cancel the order and redo it. THEN as they are getting the second order together, they tell us they are out of whipped cream for the key lime cookies.

How are you out of one of your primary ingredients AND primary menu items at 2:30 on a Saturday?

don’t get me wrong, the cookies are amazing. I love them so much! But, the service at this location really has ruined crumbl for me. The day I went, it was so crowded they made people wait in a line outside. Tons of people were leaving with their cookies, but we still weren’t allowed in to order until the number of orders went down. But, more and more people kept ordering online so the orders never went down and after 20 mins of standing outside hoping to order on the kiosk, I just left.
