Lived in a black mold apartment for months because the original maintenance man didn't want to possibly expose his pregnant wife to black mold. After he quit, the management stated there was no black mold present. Them processed to tell me on 3 separate occasions that we could do payment plans since I was feeling so sick, I was unable to work enough. They never responded back after we stated we did want a payment plan in place. I ended up doing some work for the apartment to help pay for rent. They took that money back when management changed. Not a bad place to live. You can tell that these apartments are old but they have put effort into remolding some units. They replaced the windows last year and did some major landscaping earlier this year. They put in a fence that blocks off a path that leads to 500 E. I was a little disappointed with that since there aren't any sidewalks leading from the property. It isn't as safe to walk with kids and/or pets anymore. But overall they are very helpful with maintenance requests even if sometimes it takes a little bit for it...

As you can see from other renters layely this is a SLUM LORD. NO HOT water. MOLD! NO communication with management. NO HOT water. Don't move your kids in this slum. I went 3 months with NO hot water while they IGNORED REQUESTS TO FIX. Horrible place for anyone ESPECIALLY KIDS. NO security. Junkies everywhere. Dark at night. Bad nasty DIRTY area.
