Culver’s — Restaurant in Logansport

Normally a big fan of Culver's but I got here a little bit ago what I believe is the very first bad ice cream from there. Culver's has specially flavors everyday and there's a couple of them I weighed on and when I see that they have them I make sure to go. Today was butter pecan. Normally I would have enjoyed my cone and not said a word except Thank you and grinned not so today. Those of you that know. Culver's is not ice cream. They serve a custard and it is normally heavy and dense and wonderfully flavored. The butter pecan cone that I was handed was a little odd to start with because it had a bunch of crumbles of nuts and a couple whole pecans but I didn't think much of it at the time. Started back on down the road toward home. As I got into the cone, I realized that the only butter pecan there was in that cone was the stuff that they had thrown on top the custard itself I wouldn't call that. It was more like what you get at Dairy Queen only fluffy with no real flavor to it at all. If it hadn't been for the flavoring of the waffle cone that I got I really wouldn't know. I was eating anything. I really hope that this was just a one-time oops on somebody's part because if I ever get another cone from Culver's that is of that quality. It will be...

We waited 45 to 60 minutes. Whoever was handling drive thru wasnt doing both lanes. Allowing several cars from one lane. When we get to the window they tell us they're out of custard and cant fulfill the order for the flavor of the day!!! Its only 714 pm as I write this and they're out of custard for the day? He said custard, not fotd. To top it off what they did gave my friend as her order was NOT the concrete she ordered!! Couldn't tell it had nuts until she started eating it. Good thing she didnt have allergies to nuts when expecting something without them. Arent concretes made with custard? I dont understand his "we're out of custard" if they're still putting out concretes. So not going back anytime soon! If I could rate them negative 5 I would. Wasted almost an hour of my life and walked away with nothing. There is just so much wrong...

Ordered six shakes. Waited a half an hour in drive thru.

Didn't get my shakes.

Walked inside, shakes were sitting on the back counter,l.

They were melted and I didn't get the right flavors from the order.

This was order 164, October 15th 2022, I finally left without the right shakes at 8:38.

My previous orders were good, but the night crew needs some work. They took around 25 minutes to make the shakes and the only person able to give us our order that was supposed to be brought to our car was on a lady that was supposed to be on break.

The chocolate shake that was promised to replace the wrong one in the order was never provided as we waited another ten minutes in our car and then left. A ten minute trip out for shakes took 55 minutes.

Great place to get food, just maybe don't go at night...
