Mary Max Cinemas Logansport 5+ — Local services in Logansport

If I could give a zero star review I sure would have. We would have liked to have known before driving to Mary Max that the movie we wanted to see was only being shown in "closet #6" on a super small screen. Please consider putting that information up on your website so patrons who do not want to see a movie in that room, won't waste their time and money traveling there only to be disappointed. The manager was rude and condescending saying "we show the movie making the least amount of money in that theater". How would we as consumers know which one makes the least amount of money that week. Furthermore, I would never pay full price for that tiny room, so offer it at a discount since it's clearly not the same experience as seeing a movie in your other theaters. Based on the rudeness of that manager I suspect we may never return.

Your reaction is proof of everything I said in my honest reply. I was merely informing anyone who wouldn't care for that setting be made aware of the size of that tiny room and screen. As a manager you could have conducted yourself more like one. You, Sir, are not a very good example to your employees nor do you show respect to your patrons. I have seen the other reviews here about you and your staff being rude and your lack of courtesy, how others do not like #6 theater, and have also requested it be shown at a discount. So to say everyone likes that room simply is not the case. Also, please understand you do not personally know me, so you have no way of knowing if I run a business or not. I am a professional in upper medical management and would never respond to anyone the way you do. So much for small town...

Bed bugs! Got bit on my hip 2 times while sitting there for 20 mins in to the movie. I was trying to be nice about letting them know I was bitten but he accused me for bringing them in. If someone knew they had bed bugs they wouldn't care at all to say something to the owner and sat through the movie. Will never return knowing we use to come there a lot to support a small business but now how we were treated was uncalled for. We did get our money back thank god for that. Also when we went to let him know that the full surround sound wasn't fully working he didn't believe my husband. Only the front speakers were working. ZERO STARS! P.S. I know you'll comment back but it seems like you really didn't care at all about your customers knowing youre accusing us than taking full responsibility. Went to take my kids to see despicable me 4. Told us we were in theater 6, which was right in the lobby of the theater. I had never been in this theater. We walk in and it's a room the size of my living room with a screen that is 1/6 the the size screen of a normal movie theater. We were in shock that this is what we paid for. My children sat in the throwback chairs that were in there and literally got clammed and ate one of my kids. These seats in theater 6 are made for large adults not children. We ended up leaving and getting are money back. We could not believe that we paid full price and got 1/6 of a movie theater. My kids were disappointed. We went somewhere else to an actual theater. If they ever say your in theater 6 go ahead and get it money back. I will say that the theater is clean and staff are friendly. And I believe the manager was at the front and he was nice and said that they show their lowest grossing movies in 6. I get it but probably should tell people that that theater is really small. I would have just gone somewhere else and wouldn't have left...
