N🚫 - ⭐️'s...that's more appropriate. I called ahead about reading DTC. I caught the energy big boy was throwing me when I 1st pulled around side to identify my cmp as he puffed on his Marlboro Red chilling in his car. My crippled handicapped butt waited for the couple of customers at the register to finish just so I wasn't 🧍♀️ & waiting on partially repaired lower limbs. With no one else to help and tend to or (apparently by the looks of my photos) nothing better to do, I asked about them reading the DTC causing my check engine light to stay on and after looking disappointed at my question big boy reached down picked up the OBD-2 scan tool began approaching me asking if I knew how to use it? I told him no I've never personally done it because each time the associate did it. His reply was "it's pretty simple plug & play it do it by itself and tell when it's done then bring it back in. Doing as instructed I plug it in having a snug connection and tried both KOEO KOER with nothing happening. While trying a few times other customers came in then recognizing the type of time we'd been on I hobbled back in & out to return the scan tool and sat in vehicle reading my Haynes manual for 20-25 min while massaging the tendons & ligaments behind my knee. That's when I got the bright idea to capture the scene and speak on the experience. Another gentleman did come in to use the scan tool and seemingly got a reading from the younger kid who printed it out and gave it to as I've been given in the past... Say it aloud to yourself: "if I was a good looking female who had never used a scan tool and told him she didn't know how to use one do u really think he would have patted me on the back told me it's easy go figure it out and come back in so we can print it out?👌🏾...👍🏾that's why I was respectfully...

Read moreI went in to have my battery and alternator tested after having electrical issues. O’Reilly Auto Parts stores are equipped with diagnostic equipment and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. After the testing because the voltage was so low it was recommended that the cause was my alternator .
