Not only did we seriously get our dream home, we got to customize our home like we never thought possible! And the quality of the build is much sturdier and stronger than any home Clayton offered! But that’s just the start! Travis worked with us on every single thing we wanted! He is straight forward, professional, empathetic, and he is rock solid honest! He worked with us to get the best quality, amazing pricing! And whatever he tells you he can do, he will do everything in his power that you get the brand of home you want, the size, colors etc! We purchased a mobile home through Bluegrass Home Center of London, KY. Our salesman, Travis, was absolutely wonderful — attentive, communicative, and helpful throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, everything after delivery has been a nightmare.

The home was delivered to their lot on July 18th, then delivered to us on August 11th, but not set until August 20th. As of October 9th, we still aren’t able to move in. The home arrived with damages, many of which remain unresolved. To make matters worse, the repair/trim crews have actually caused additional problems: • Leaving windows open, which let in flies, stink bugs, wasps, and hornets. • Spilling and leaving pops in the floor. • Scratching the dining room floor and tub. • Leaving drywall putty smeared throughout the home. • Adding new scuffs and scratches everywhere.

The work done so far has left the home in worse condition than when it was delivered. Communication from the office has also been poor — they often don’t even seem to know when crews are coming or what’s been completed. I was told I would be contacted by the owner on either October 3rd or 6th, but I was never contacted.

On October 7th, a crew finally came to do repairs. However, they only made minimal and half-done fixes, leaving many issues unresolved. We were told it would be another week before they come back to continue repairs. At that point, the home will have been sitting on our property for two months, and it still isn’t habitable. The owner has still not called us.

Meanwhile, we have already made a payment on a home we cannot even live in.

Additionally, this home was manufactured by Timber Creek Housing, and the condition they allowed it to leave the factory in is inexcusable.

Great people. They take their time and really guide you through the process. At the beginning I had no clue what I was doing but they were very kind, patient and helpful. I would encourage having dealings with them to whomever is in the market and unsure about how to go about things. They work very hard. They even keep you in mind during non office hours. It really makes our job easy when they get all the wheels turning for us. They put us in a great home and they contracted great people to help do so. Their maintenance crew is top notch and come to fix anything that may have messed up after the move.
