GameStop — Local services in London

I have called and called for the past cuple of days now and no answer what so ever, the phone will say press 1 to speak to a game stop employee, so I did over and over n over it rings 1 time and says sorry please call back. If I owned a company I would have employees answering questions and the phone. I guess around here there all to high to figure out what that ringing sound is. Lmao it took them 15 minutes to ask me if I needed any help with anything or have any questions. So I went to walmart that I hate more then anywere besides gamestop's now for there rude service they provided. I bought my game system and 20 games ect all from walmart thanks to gamestop's lazy people, I guess they were just high or something who knows... I would never recommend them to anyone for as long as I live now ...thanks gamestop for the great service you did not provide to me and lost my business for life n...

Visited store 1/2/19 and purchased a remote that was tagged 39.99 with a blue sale tag. Charged 49.99 at register. Cashier removed tag and said nothing so when I questioned the price I thought I had misread the tag. I forgot that I had taken a pic of the item before she got it down because i wanted to make sure it was the correct remote. Sure enough it had a tag for 39.99. Went to get the difference back and was told it was a black Friday deal. Black Friday was 11/22 and today is 1/2. Why are old tags on items? Misleading and dishonest. If she had said something I would have not purchased in the first place. They still had several blue tags throughout the store. This is retail at its worst. I will go elsewhere...

I've never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgable when it comes to the systems as well as the games. Everyone working always seems to be in a great mood when I go in, and even if it is slammed they always make sure to take time out to answer any questions or make suggestions. Trade in prices aren't always amazing, but that isn't the staffs fault but rather corporate so go easy on them if you aren't getting a ton of money for all trades. However they do have specials occasionally on trades and money you can get goes up. The store is always clean, no weird smells or carpet stains. Games are always well organized and...
