Taco Bell — Restaurant in London

First off I been coming to this taco bell for the last 4 yrs now more better then the taco bell across town hands down everytime im eating with my family i see the employees wash there hands and change gloves before preparing the food and it's always better to dine in .the employees are nice n friendly especially one in particular his name is Joey is the most sweetest I think he's a awesome worker and is a real hard worker every time me n my family come into eat.. our food is always right but could've put a tad more beef in the tacos but besides that it's always hot n fresh n made right and it's always clean ...I think tacobell is the only fast food restaurant in london ive been too tht actually wears gloves before preparing the customers food thats an A+ u dont see tht often but great job TACOBELL on kings way ...keep it up the good work .. Service is fine, nothing to brag about. Always busy. One of my fav items are cinnamon twists but for months now they are horrible. They are so bland. There's barely any cinnamon or sugar on them and today I asked specifically if they could make sure to put it on them. What I received was a little less bland than if I hadn't asked. Don't know if it's this particular Taco Bell or if they all are doing this now. They need to just advertise them as "twists," not cinnamon twists lol. I am not a petty person but they are my fav, & I keep getting a bag of bland cinnamon twists that I can't eat and I eat here often. Does the price of cinnamon & sugar rival gold now? I don't understand. Even specifically asking for them to do better didn't make much of a difference. As for everything else I've tried on the menu, it's fine. Ordered through door dash all I have to say is WOW!!! Awesome job night shift keep up the great work, food was great and fresh we ordered a large order and it was all correct everything was bagged and kept well until here all in all for a late night meal amazing. Now we did have an incident in person through the drive thru about a month ago where we had ordered and paid but their mobile app wasn’t working they had a young boy training him in management and he went on break and walked up to our car very rude saying I’m on my break and I’m in training so I’m suppose to be nice about it but I really don’t have to help you on my break, we’ve also went through the drive thru late at night before and he will be yelling on the speaker and I’ve witnessed him making fun of customers...
