Subway — Restaurant in London

I like me some Subway, just not a big fan of this one. Been there twice and had a bad experience both times. The first time, I was the only customer in line, one other was eating at a table. I don't know how many were working, but the only one I saw was a female employee. She spoke as little as she had too to figure out my order. She sloppily threw my sub together, amd was the furthest thing from personable. She tried getting me checked out as soon as she could, like she had more important things to do. Overall, she came across as arrogant. The second visit was almost as bad. I could only see one person working, a different female employee. She was very personable and waited on us promptly. She was a little slow putting things together, but that was fine, npt that bad of a pace. After getting my first sandwich ready she asled if I needed any more, to which I advised that I needed 3 more sandwiches. She was putting my fist sandwich in the bag when a tall male employee emerged from the back. He seemed to be bothered that I needed more, like I was interrupting something. He stated, "what do you need?" I ordered my next sandwich and it was put together within 15 seconds. Normally I like quick service, and he acted like he was a pro, just throwing topping in the general direction of the sub. Needless to say, it was the sloppiest sub I ever had from a Subway........or so I thought. The next sub was even worse, doing exactly opposite of what I requested. Just a few onions turned into a half pound. Not literally, but you get the point in trying to make. I was tired and worn out so I didn't say anything, just wanted to get home. Once I arribed home I performed surgery on said subs. Some things, like extreme amounts of pepper couldnt be combatted, but I was able to improve the edible nature of my sub a little. Came at 8:52pm on 10/17/24 and my son went in before me to use the restroom and before I could walk through the door they turned off the open sign and said they were closing so I went in to tell my son and another worker comes out and says sorry they are closed that they were just waiting for someone to leave before locking the door. So I thought I would try a online order at this store since it is closer to me. Ordered a footlong coldcut combo when I got home and opened it up there was just a few slices of balogna in it, Where was the ham and salomi? Ordered it with extra mayo, no onions, lettuce, tomatoe, American cheese, oil and vinegar. There was no mayo on it, there was no oil and vinegar, there was onions in it took them out, had to add our own lunch meat and mayo. Not a good experience, Head Store Manager where are you?
