Huddle House — Restaurant in London

So I ordered through there site and I’m missing my hashbrowns from my order that they just had delivered to me and I normally wouldn’t care but the meal was 13 dollars by itself and on top of that there was a 5 dollar delivery fee using there stores website. Well when I call the first time I’m put on hold and then told to call back in 5 minutes the boss is outside which I thought was pretty unprofessional but ok I’ll call in 5 minutes no worries. So I call back and talk to one gentleman that tells me no worries we will fix that for you. Then he hands the phone to who I assume is the manager at the time and she tells me that I would have to take it up with door dash. But I didn’t order it through door dash I ordered it from their website. She then tells me to call the number listed on that site because it is completely separate from them. The number on the site is in fact there number. So with that she acted like I was S.O.L so I said don’t even worry about it doesn’t seem like I’m getting much help. She then says ok well have a great day… You all made the food, I used your site to order my food, you all did not make all the food I ordered. It is your responsibility as a business to get these things right and fix issues that is 100% your fault. And if your company is going to utilize door dash for there deliveries then your company should have things set up so that employees know how to handle these situations. I will not be eating here again. You don’t charge the prices you do for food then treat your customer as if they can’t be helped when you could simply fix...

Horrible, horrible.. roaches everywhere, biscuits were a rubber consistency, rushed us to death to take our order and then took 30 minutes to serve. Eggs, well, let's just say when I ask them to be running in the middle, they took it very seriously. They had barely been cooked at all.. the hashbrownswe're sopping wet as if they had been pulled from a wet container in the cooler, I order them with everything on themyeah the only thing I could see was maybe a trace of cheese here and there. My dinner date ordered an bacon anf cheese omlet. The eggs and bacon were burned,.. health department would shut this place down if they were to pop in right about now.. and the best part, I almost forgot, there was an off duty employee there with her husband and 2 children. Her husband was selling drugs out back of the place while she paced back and forth across the dining room, occasionally darting behind the counter.. after A few minutes sge got tired of pacing in there, so she went to her truck anf waited for the guy to make all of his transactions . He was, however, somewhat "smart" about it, or well let's just say he made an attempt to be smooth, by walking each employee and customer that was there 1 at a time to do his business.. he was very busy tonight, and he has now relocated to an adjacent Wal Mart, to conduct more of the same.. I didn't write but I recommend this joint to anybody? I'm going to have to go with a big negative on that one. That is, unless, you're looking...

I have Alpha Gal and can not eat any red meat not pork due to a tick bite. Hubby and I were taking a day trip to admire fall leaves. Stopped in at London Ky Hwy 192 location. I asked manager if there was anyway a spot could be cleaned in the grill for my eggs and hash browns. She didn't believe so for it'd take bricking the whole grill. I get that and completely understand!! I turned to leave when one of the cooks turns to me. He told me he'd heard my request and he'd take care of me. Both cooks jumped into action and quickly and thoroughly cleaning a small spot on the grill for my food to be cooked! And they did!! I watched them. No other food was cooked on that spot until after my order was complete! Wow!!! I was deeply touched and impressed! Those guys did not have to do what they did! But they did!! They went above and beyond great customer service!! When I received my order I wept!!! Since contracting this horrible disease in April this year I have had to limit my diet. Oh lawdy I miss a good steak or a sloppy cheeseburger and gracious bacon!!! But cooks like this are a rarity!! They helped Make sure my dining experience was a safe and good one!!! I did not have to fear a life threatening experience where if I eat the wrong thing, my airway swells up restricting my breathing!...
