Fiesta Mexicana — Restaurant in London

I can't stop bragging about this place my friends and family!! 😍I don't even know where to start. They literally are not only the best Mexican food restaurant but are super polite and kind. This restaurant has been around in London ever since I was a young child (over twenty some years). Their food is literally out of this world!!! You get so many options to choose from. All the food is so flavorful!!😍😍 So good that it makes me want to cry happy tears like that food critic guy from Ratatouille. Everytime you walk in, you are greeted with friendly people. They even help out with our community with donation drives especially when the flooding was hitting eastern Kentucky. Also this place is literally one of the most cleanest restaurants to walk into in London. The bathrooms always smell fresh and clean. They bust their butts keeping this place up and running and it really shows!!! Also, if you happened to get carry out and they forgot to put something in the bag just call and let them know, they will be more than happy to help you. Like these people are super genuine and kind. This restaurant makes London a better town and without them, well I can't imagine how sad I'd be... So if you're an out of towner, go to this place!! YOU WILL NOT BE...

I do not know how this place has 4 stars! I will never return, NOT GOOD MEXICAN food. First off the chips were from a store bought bag that had been left open for a few days, the salsa was subpar, blended to death yet i had a HUGE chunk of tomato in my bowl, random. I ordered the carnitas plate. It came with a few pieces of meat, the "guacamole salad" is just blended, creamy, questionable quacamole, i wondered how fresh and well refrigerated it was, seriously. I also ordered extra beans and a side of chorizo queso. They gave me a bowl of extra beans with some chorizo queso on top and i was charged about $5 for that bullshit. Mostly beans and barely any chorizo. I didnt complain because it was obvious, nothing better would come out. He "tomato"on my plate if you could call it that, was so old, mushy and gross, along with the huge random chunks of red onion, that was the first off my plate. My Margarita was basically sugar, tart, and awful. Soooo disappointed in the food!! But great service!! The only reason for 2 stars. But dear lord, save...

Had the prime rib dinner for 2 tonight,it was over cooked well done,prime rib is supposed to be medium to medium rare.We asked for medium but it was way over cooked,The waitress couldn't understand English very well.I asked for horseradish sauce she had no idea what I was asking for,they didn't have horseradish sauce at all, Prime rib but no horsey sauce come on.Also the waitress didn't know what butter was either.And finally the meal came with 2 soft drinks I ordered 1 my wife ordered a margarita and they didn't take off for the other soft drink,they should have deducted the price of the soft drink from the price of the margarita, or offered the 2nd soft drink but when your help cant speak the language there is going to be problems.We have eaten here many times but lately it has...
