King Donut — Restaurant in London

We stopped here on our way out from our week long vacation outside of London. We have a donut shop in our hometown that is like 100 years old and very famous called “Ralph’s donuts”…which USED to be our favorite donuts. This place now takes that title. I was pleasantly surprised to see a young Asian couple running the place and making everything from scratch. I’m not sure if donuts are a big thing where they are from, but they have mastered their recipe. I had a long john. It was the fluffiest, non greasy donut with the perfect thin crispy fried shell I’ve ever had. The homemade chocolate icing was amazing too. I inhaled the donut too quick to take a picture! Definitely come here and support this awesome small family...

These are the best doughnuts I have ever tasted! They are so fresh, light, not greasy, simply melt in your mouth nirvana! Stopped there on our way home from Gatlinburg. So we stumbled upon King Donut. I decided to get only 3. One custard filled. One vanilla filled and one chocolate filled. Only buying 3 was a major mistake!! By the time we got up the road, we figured out that was a major mistake! They were so fresh! And filled to the max with pure deliciousness!!
