Went there once and liked it (only reason it got a second star), so I spent quite a bit. A couple of weeks later, I drove over two days in a row on my lunch break from a town away during the hours they are supposed to be open to find they are not open (supposed to open at noon - first time arrived at almost 1 - called and said was running late and would open at 1:45, but I couldn’t wait and had to drive back to work; second time waited to drive over later and arrived at 1:30, still not open. Tried to call again - wouldn’t answer). Waste of my time and gas - if they can’t bother to be open during their posted hours, I can’t be bothered to make any more attempts to drive back over. The owner Jason is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had to ask him to stop messaging me after he continued to lash out at me through messages.

I bought a case of One Piece cards and I received 3 of the 12 boxes were dented. I ask for a partial refund and he call me “nuts”. Then the Jason let me know dented boxes were good luck for pulling good cards. Jason then bragged about how i should be thankful because he could be gouging prices but chooses not to. I feel this is an awesome store!. I was in here a few days ago. Jason the owner, was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient. I had a few questions regarding a game he had that I was interested in.
