Placed an online order for pickup, got it home and what a disaster. My salad had little too no lettuce and was drenched in buffalo sauce. So, pretty much I had a toddler size salad, couple pieces of lettuce with an entire bottle of buffalo sauce. No problem I can add my own lettuce. However, I paid 8$ for it to be made how I asked. Next, I ordered a footlong for my husband with the special instruction being light mustard. Ended up undercooked bread, drenched in mustard and a few strands of lettuce. I am highly disappointed. I was looking forward to this meal but instead wasted 16$. I will not be going back. The staff here needs to take classes that teach them how to properly follow directions. But, I'm pretty sure it's just a bunch of young kids with no cares or worries. Oh well, subway lost me...

Most recently an online order was placed and was never able to be fulfilled because the lone staff person behind the counter had to prioritize the walk-ins. That’s understandable; what makes it so bad is having only one person during peak times with too much volume for one person. It’s not the staff’s fault. If online orders can’t be fulfilled in a timely manner they should just shut down...
