Tried to do a warranty exchange paid extra $1500 on top of the warranty for an upgraded mattress. Was told I could pick it up that following Saturday. Loaded my old mattress up drove 30 minutes just to be told they never ordered it. Said they would call me when it came in. Waited a week never got a call. Went back up their worker had no idea who I was or what mattress I ordered. Finally came out and said there was a mattress back there but didn’t know if it was mine or not but I decided I could have it. But I didn’t bring my old mattress with me due to not knowing if it was there so I couldn’t take without being the old one. Worker is extremely rude, unprofessional, and apparently is never wrong and it should be your responsibility to call them to get updates. I cancelled the ordered due to them being rude. Then I was told they wouldn’t warranty my mattresses any longer I’d have to go through the manufacturer. They came and took the mattress back and they sold me another king size, SF Hurston LXF ($2275.99) and I paid a little over $1600.00 difference between the two. The new King size (Stern and Foster Hurston) only lasted, guessing around 8 months more or less and it started sagging too it was very uncomfortable. Went back to the store and the sales person said he could see in the pictures it was bad and they would replace it for me and give me credit for the $2275.99 but would have to talk with senior rep about it. After I left the store he call me and said they would replace the matress but it would cost me $900.00 more to do so. He said the 10 year warranty only allowed for a one time exchange.
