Pros: The facility was clean, staff that we interacted with was friendly.

Neutral: Paper plates, I would have expected more especially for the price, it may not bother everyone but it does me. Consider blinds for the windows, we found that half the seating was unbearable during the evening hours with the sun in half our party's faces, we needed to change tables. The food came out in an odd order (our starter was the last thing out on the table).

Cons: The price is high for what it is, I realize they say they focus on quality not quantity, but I was underwhelmed with the food that we did recieve. We ordered 2 entrees, a starter, salad, a basic roll, and side of shrimp with 2 sodas for about $50. The teriyaki was lacking in flavor (and teriyaki was part of most of our meals). Everything was single use or in packets, we had two packs of soy sauce brought to the table. Can't use credit cards for any order less than $15 and as a consumer that does not carry cash this has effectively removed me from the everyday quick stop meal at this location.

Edit to add: They cared enough to message me about my experience. However, they searched me out on Facebook to do so (a little disturbing). They said that they have changed their credit card system to enable any amount charged (although they had a wooden sign in restaurant under the register that said what I had...

I had ordered some spring rolls and I noticed a pond-like smell and fishy odor while consuming. I opened the spring rolls to find these pieces of .. meat??… they smelled rotten and certainly had a fish smell. I had done some research and online shows it was EEL MEAT which is extremely dangerous to be served when it smells fishy… we DIDNT order eel inside our food.

I went into the store to ask what the meat was and was met with rudeness stating it was a “mushroom”. Their mushrooms aren’t even sliced in chunks like that and last I recall, mushrooms don’t smell like fish.

Needless to say, don’t eat here as I now think I’m sick from the fish( that was likely rotten) that I unknowingly consumed and didn’t order… they won’t offer a...

Faster & cheaper than McDonalds!! My mom and I needed something quick and cheap. We love Asian food so we picked Koi’s. We could not be more grateful we made that decision. The food was very cheap, and VERY FAST. I mean, I got my rice out in 3 minutes, and my vegetables & crab rangoons out in 6. It was $28 for 2 sides of rice, 2 sides of vegetables and an order of crab rangoons, and the portions of rice were massive for their price. The sauce used in the vegetables was to die for!!! AND THE RANGOONS WERE SOOOOO CREAMY!! Exceeded expectations...
