Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant #2 — Restaurant in London

Dined in last night with my child. I ordered her chicken tenders and fries. The food comes out and they had scooped diced seasoned chicken pieces next to some fries. Not chicken tenders whatever. I politely told the waiter that we ordered chicken tenders which he assured me that those were chicken tenders, and then proceeded to get hateful and flustered when I said that we would like the other chicken. Repeatedly telling me that this is exactly what I ordered. Then leaves, comes back a few minutes later and says that they are out of the other chicken. Anyone who has small kids knows that if you eat at a Mexican restaurant your kid probably won’t eat 95% of anything else they have. My food was terrible as well. It was in about a half inch of greasy liquid. Complete waist of money. Paid, left and had to go through a drive thru. Horrible experience. Never in a million...

Wow, did I eat at the same restaurant that received such stellar reviews. My food was horrendous with a side of nasty.

Considering the fabulous comments provided by so many others the only explanation I have for my experience is that the restaurant was either having a bad evening, or the kitchen staff was celebrating, "let your kids cook" day. Ghastly is the best way I can describe what I received.

Salt is important in food preparation however one should not be required to drink half a glass of water after every bite. Our shrimp smelled as though it had been allowed to warm on the counter for a couple days before being prepared.

They were not kind its more of an obligation. 2 He got an attitude because he mixed up the order (it happens just calm down) and then threw the plate in bucket in the entrance of the kitchen. Once returns you can tell it was just thrown together. We went for their taco Tuesday, they say every taco is half off but it’s only chicken and beef. It’s 1.00 per taco for cilantro and 1.00 onion . That’s a little ridiculous .

Overall disappointing, I wish they would communicate the stipulations when I called and asked about the taco Tuesday. I definitely could have went to Taco...
