I stopped by at their facility yesterday with the intention to purchase all new cabinets for my kitchen. I asked for help in the cabinet department and was informed that I would have to wait for someone from that specific department. Finally, I was able to speak to a guy at the front of the store. I asked to go to the section again to see my options but he stated he had to stay in the front of the store. He assisted with trying to note down the measurements they had based on my measurements and style needed. I informed him I would be going back home to do a second round of measurements now based on their inventory to see if hey fit my kitchen. We returned today, the guy wasnāt there anymore so I asked someone else for help. They stated they would be sending someone right over to the department. A worker came and begin assisting us however when my dad was trying to ask him a question he began getting smart sayingāwell Iām telling you this is what we haveā he had a very bad attitude. To top it off everything that we needed they didnāt have in stock. The worker kept asking for inventory check over the radio they would tell him they had x number of pieces but they didnāt actually have any in stock. He stated they would be able to call another store to do a physical check. I was there for over 3 hours and walked out empty handed. I was informed I can go to the next nearest location myself to see if they actually had the items because they only went based on their system.I never leave reviews but I was very upset at the way that we were getting tossed from worker to worker and getting nowhere. I decided to drive up to Carson and made my entire purchase their. They lost on a sale of almost $3,000 I would love to see what the manager...

The last order was for doors and moldings approximately $3,200. I checked in store before ordering to make sure everything was in stock so we would not experience any delays with our project.
