C K Donuts — Restaurant in Long Beach

For this place to be located in a black and brown community you would they would actually have a care for the people who’ve been supporting their small business all these years . I came to this shop for a week straight every morning before work and expressed I have a cheese allergy. I would usually get the turkey croissant NO CHEESE each time and a celery juice with ginger. One morning when I made it to work I notice cheese on my croissant disappointed and hungry I called and let them know about the error made and was told to come the next morning to amend the mistake made. I waited 15mins just for the sandwich to still be made wrong after brushing me off and telling me I have too many complaints and not taking accountability after I calmly expressed my frustrations the guy and the woman chuckled and still charged me for my celery juice . I will never give this place another red cent!! Just totally disrespect and cold towards people with allergies and health concerns. They pride themselves on pumping our people up with sugar and mediocre donuts and if you have a different preference they make you feel like you have no right to DONT DO...

I've seen this place several times I turned the corner on Paramount, and decided to go in after around 2 years. I haven't visited a donut place ever now that I think of it. The guy at the front had a nice attitude. It was a simple transaction, and that's just how I like it. Ended up with a ham and cheese jalapeño croissant, and two smoothies (taro and coconut).
