I took a friend of mine there to shop for furniture. The owner Jeff is one of the most distasteful people I have ever met . The day my my friend was getting his furniture delivered he passed away. I contacted Jeff the day after to explain that my friend had suddenly passed away and that why he did not receive his furniture yesterday , I asked if he could cancel order . He first response ‘Well There’s a 25% restocking fee ‘ it all over my website, I asked even if the client passed away??? I said fine send the remainder balance 3000 to his daughter to help with the services. He made it so hard for her to get the money. . He took 4 months to get it back to her . He made all kind of excuses. He even mailed the check on day in the wrong name just to stall time . My friends daughter was is so much grief and this guy literally made her go threw so many hoops to get the money back. It was something she should have not had to deal with. I understand business , I understand his policy although I would have returned all the money considering the circumstances, but ok he kept 1000 of my passed away friends money ;no problem it’s how he put my friends daughter threw 4 months of hoops to get the return . Over the last 2 years We have bought w lot of furniture from Jeff and besides getting a great deal on the pieces we bought it always shows up pretty quickly which is awesome these days with all the supply issues. Our last order had a pair of chairs that had to be returned and as soon as I reached out to Jeff with my issue he gave me a full refund without any hesitation.
