My husband and I order from this place religiously for 2 1/2 years. It was the best pizza place we could find in our area. Sadly, it only takes one bad experience. We stood by them when you could order through their website. Which a lot of time if we put in special instructions are order would be wrong. The delivery driver knows is so we'll. He would always apologize. And we would either take the pizza as is or get a new one promptly. He suggested to actually call and not go through the website and he showed us the ticket to cooks got and it did not show any added notes or special instructions. So we called in our orders from that point forward. Then I get an email you can now order from an app which I downloaded onto my phone. So far so good. This past Super Bowl Sunday we placed an order knowing it'll take longer cause of the game. Just over an hour (again no big deal) we get our order. After our driver has left we noticed an item missing. Called let them know, no worries they will get out a replacement. An hour and 10 mins later nothing. Called and spoke to a young rude girl said they cannot find our order. Simple question to her "why did nobody call me I get an email with a confirmation #". Then she blamed it on being busy on Super Bowl Sunday. We asked for a supervisor she replied one isn't working that day. Which any with any sense knows it's a busy day of course there would be a supervisor or manager working. So we advised this snotty young girl to cancel the missing item, which wasn't even being productive and asked for a refund . We were told we have to call ordersnapp. Which I do. After telling the rep what has happened she said I have 2 options refund for missing item or a full refund. She advised in her opinion she'd put in for a full refund. I then wrote the manager Nasser of our experience. No response. Ordersnapp sent is an email saying Long Beach Pizza Company is not going to refund or money. Not even for the missing item never received. Ordersnapp advised after what we went through as a courtesy they are gonna refund our whole order. Sadly. Still never heard anything from a manager. So we decided we are no longer going to order from them. Since as loyal customers they could give a damn. We also won't be ordering from there sister company Deno's. I know this is a lot to read and actually I left out a bunch of BS. So now we are determined to find a new pizza place and I am totally open to...
Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! TODAY 6/15/24 LITERALLY RIGHT NOW! We came in around 9pm we are regulars so we know what we want off top. I didn't get a name of the new employee but she has semi long black hair, acne & a nose piercing. Another young lady was assisting short black hair, I have nothing bad or negative to say about her. Before she got off her shift she made sure to ask if anything else was needed before heading out. This is the worst I've seen this buisness & service. You can literally tell the girl was high of some substance. We needed refills my partner raised/ waved to get her attention she acted oblivious. Then I looked back made eye contact & still nothing. She started strong in the beginning because obviously we didn't need anything. After that it just went downhill. She was prioritizing her phone & music choice more than the customers. Literally no one was a priority to her. When she finally was making her rounds I told her personally I would be addressing her service, she showed little to no interest or care. Pretty typical for her age. As well as this establishment do better & pay your workers what they deserve. All the old workers are amazing. Best of luck to this establishment I won't be returning...
Read moreOrdered a large, was delivered a medium. Was told by “Gaby” we were entitled to a large pizza as compensation for the inconvenience. Called the next day for our pizza, and was told by the manager too bad, the app technically charged us for a medium, therefore our receiving the medium was justified. The issue wasn’t the price, it was the size discrepancy. We were hungry, wanted a large, were given a medium. For the manager to try to justify what happened based on the price we were charged is incredibly poor customer service, especially when we were promised by Gaby we would get a large. The manager should have honored her employee’s promise, and perhaps admonished Gaby not to make such promises in the future, but to not deliver on this one (keep in mind it’s a pizza, not a new car...this is a principle thing) is very disappointing. Decently average pizza, reasonable employee (who should probably be the manager), and inconceivably incompetent management. Will not be ordering...
