Yogalution Yoga Studio is truly a life-changing space that has redefined what yoga means to me. From the moment you step through the doors, it feels like you've left the bustling city behind and entered a peaceful sanctuary. The energy here is so inviting that all the stress and noise of daily life just melt away.
What makes this studio stand out is its deep focus on the spiritual side of yoga. Unlike other places that center solely on movement, Yogalution reminds you that yoga is a holistic practice. Itâs about grounding, connecting, and growingânot just physically, but mentally and spiritually. This approach has been transformative for me.
The community at Yogalution is absolutely incredible. Everyoneâfrom the staff to the studentsâis warm, supportive, and inspiring. The teachers are patient, knowledgeable, and respectful, making every class a transformative experience.
My favorite class is the 6AM Monday Morning Rise & Energize with Maria Espinoza. Her music is uplifting, her practice is challenging, and her guidance has been invaluable to my journey. You can truly feel the love and dedication she brings to her teachingâitâs absolutely contagious!
Dharma has created something truly special here. The studio hosts so many amazing events and activities that foster connection and growth. One standout experience is Edâs meditative sound bathsâpure magic! Itâs something everyone in Long Beach needs to try at least once.
If youâre looking for a place to grow, heal, and connect, Yogalution Yoga Studio is it. Itâs more than just a yoga studio; itâs a community and a sanctuary. I couldnât recommend it...

Dharma, the owner and frequent teacher, is a gifted and talented leader who has inspired myself, my partner and our family into better health and wellness. The messages she shares while guiding the yoga classes has been instrumental in my personal growth and transformation.
Among the other stellar instructors that I have taken classes with are: Blak Watter, Matthew Anderson, Ed Williams, Sue Perkins, Matthew Purpura, Beto Vega, Erin Grissom, Andy Rines, and Carly Baldwin.
There are offerings for all types of yoga flow - from restorative yin yoga to intense vinyasa flow that left me drenched in sweat.
If youâre seeking a wholesome and uplifting community, it can be found here. They also have other offerings that I have participated in, including sound baths and meditation by Ed Williams, as well as massage and embodied mindfulness coaching with Matthew Anderson. All deeply impactful and inspiring!
Deeply grateful for this community of people seeking to feel better, do better...
Read moremy home studio, the most beautiful spanish style building, stained glass windows, a courtyard with a fountain, and just so many beautiful details in the structure, furniture, decor - a beautiful altar, etc. You have to just step in there to feel its magic, apart from the physical beauty - it houses a variety of yoga classes, and healing modalities such as massage and acupuncture. There are so many cool offerings and workshops, it's honestly a rare and precious gem. Another favorite thing about the studio is that they have 75 and 90 minute classes. There are lots of great teachers, and although I haven't practiced with them all some of my favorites are: Dharma's tuesday night class (powerful vinyasa with philosophy, chanting and/or empowering words weaved in), Blakwatter (powerful invigorating practice with uplifting music), Melissa C (gentle and grounding meditative for when I need to slow down) and Ed (Bhakti infused slower, but still powerful movement with very thoughtful shares and...
