Had the most unprofessional women in payroll try and handle an issue I had with my W2. This women was not crystal murphy and her tone and attitude with me was surprising. After she expressed to spell out my email to have my forms sent to me after waiting for months she said "spell it out letter for letter. As before I was spelling it out like w as in water she stopped me right there. After spelling it out she still couldn't understand me. She said there was noise in the background as I then suggested I spell it out the way I was before so it would be easier. As I requested that I spell it out again w as water a as in apple she got really upset. I find it very rude the way she handled this. She refused to transfer me to crystal murphy and I said that I would transfer myself. Never have I been disrespected by the city. Very unfortunate. I still have yet to receive my W2 when I called payroll three months ago they said they would mail it to me. The lady I talked to today said they would email it. See you can understand my frustrations with this unprofessional women and the fact taxes are due and the city failed to send me my W2. Don't waste your time here....
