My son and I walked into this store to find a cute assortment of gift items and children’s toys which quickly ended with an unpleasant experience with the woman working the counter. She was very rude in her round about way of expressing her desire to keep my toddler from touching anything. He was being well behaved throughout the entire store, despite its disorganization and disarray of breakables all located in inconvenient spots. He wanted to touch a plush avocado that was at eye level in the very apparent children’s section of the store.

If your hope is to turn customers away, you’ve done a fine job. If it’s the contrary, I highly recommend removing items within arms reach of little people or setting the store up in a welcoming, yet Covid friendly way that meets YOUR standard. Patrons are coming in to look and touch items they potentially might buy. I left here telling the woman a genuine “good luck”, only to receive a snarky “good luck to you” response. I don’t recommend shopping here and I definitely don’t recommend Adorn to be open to the general public if they’re too Covid sensitive to serve customers in a...
