I would give ZERO if it were an option. Entered store at 9:53, was being assisted by an associate to find an item. Walked immediately to the checkout where a male and 3 female associates were at the counter. Male immediately said, sorry it's 10pm and the registers are closed. I advised said manager that I was being assisted by an associate to find my item. He said, as he turned his head away, registers are closed, we can hold it and you can come back tomorrow. As I took a millisecond to register that, I looked at my watch and it was 10 on the dot. I looked at 3 female associates, still standing at counter, who looked incredibly uncomfortable, and one said, "Sorry he's the manager". I indicated I really needed the item that night and was not able to come back in morning. Young man manager said again, come back tomorrow. As I was let out the door, I said this is not how you get good reviews. I asked for said manager's name and was told by female associate that she was uncomfortable giving me his name.
Sorry folks, I get that I rushed in at 7 minutes til with 1 item to purchase, had help from an associate to locate the item, but to rush quickly at 1 min til, to find 3 associates and 1 manager all standing at register to be told come back tomorrow.....Terrible customer service! Truly is this how managers are trained in this millennial...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst possible retail experience. I ordered 3 or 4 faux plants on the website which showed as in stock at Longmont store, for delivery. The next day, I received a phone call from a NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING 3rd party delivery person when I was not home. He did leave one of the plants at my door, costing about $50. Meanwhile my VISA incurred charges of $184.80 and $102.53 for my order. No cancellation was made, no backorder and no refund. When I phoned next day, Jordan told me it's too early to research the order and in a couple days it should all straighten out. I waited 30 days. Nothing changed. They got my $287.33 and delivered one plant priced around $50. Now I called back again and Jordan said it's too late for her to ID what happened so I'm now waiting for her to email "customer care" and, per her promise, call me back. I see an out-of-control retail order/accounting system heavily weighted to get your money in preference for delivering goods and customer service. Why would anyone choose to complicate one's life to this degree for a lousy few household items? Do not place an on-line order...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTHIS PLACE SUCKS. It's October. I go in for Halloween decorations, again because it's October. I can't find any. There's Christmas stuff all over the store though, again in October. Gross. I couldn't find anyone working to help me either, nor could several other people who were openly complain about it. I saw someone in a vest duck away though.
What a worthless waste of real estate. I hope this place gets out of my town so that they can open up something for a local store that will sell things by local artists and keep things in relative seasons. It's hard to imagine a store worse than this one.
To the response. What about the fact you're stocking Christmas stuff in October before Halloween? If you're going to respond bother to do so to the problem. Not the fact your underpaid staff don't wan to deal with visibly upset customers that can't be helped because you've given them no means by which to do so. Also asking people online to narc on your employees is a certain kind of...
